How do I access the Secure Ordering Portal?

Can I add or remove staff members from my account?

Can I customize user permissions in the Secure Ordering Portal?

Yes, you can assign specific roles (e.g., administrator, ordering only, view-only).

How do I reset my password?

Use the “Forgot Password” link on the Secure Ordering Portal login page or request a reset through your account manager.

Can I update my practice address or shipping information?

Submit an Account Update request through the Physician Partner Resources Hub.

How can I view my order history or reorder previous prescriptions?

All order history and reorders can be managed in the Secure Ordering Portal

Shipments & Delivery

What are Evoluciona Pharma’s standard shipping timelines?

Most orders ship the next business day after verification. Timelines may vary based on order complexity.

Can I request expedited shipping?

Yes. Please select expedited options when placing your order or notify our logistics team.

Do you offer shipment tracking?

Yes. Tracking numbers are posted in the Secure Ordering Portal immediately after your order ships.

What do I do if my shipment is delayed or damaged?

Submit a shipment issue through the support form, including your order number and details.

Do you ship to multiple practice locations?

Yes. Multiple shipping addresses can be managed under your practice account.

Where can I find product specifications or safety data sheets (SDS)?

These documents are available through your Physician Account Manager upon request.

Can Evoluciona Pharma assist with patient-specific medication questions?

No. All clinical guidance must come from the prescribing physician.

How can I request information about a medication formulation?

Submit a Medication Question through the support form.

Do you provide beyond-use dating information for medications?

Yes, all medications are labeled with appropriate beyond-use dates based on stability studies.

How do I log in to MD Advantage™?

You will receive login credentials during account setup.

What resources are available in MD Advantage™?

Patient education materials, customizable marketing tools, practice growth resources, and clinical webinars

How frequently are new resources added?

New resources are added monthly

Can I request custom marketing materials?

Yes. Submit a request through MD Advantage™ to our marketing department.

Are recorded webinars available on demand?

Who is eligible to open a prescriber account?

Licensed physicians and medical practices in the United States.

What documents are required for account approval?

Valid state medical license, NPI number, and practice information.

How long does the account setup process take?

Typically 1–2 business days after receipt of documentation.

Is there a cost to open an account?

No. There are no fees for account setup.

Can multiple providers be associated with one account?

Yes, practices with multiple prescribers can be linked to one master account.

What types of medications does Evoluciona Pharma compound?

We specialize in sterile injectable medications in therapeutic categories such as metabolic optimization, cellular health, and men’s health. (We cannot list specific drug names.)

Do you provide non-sterile compounding?

No. Evoluciona Pharma focuses exclusively on sterile injectable medications.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we ship to licensed practices across the United States.

Can you accommodate custom formulations?

Certain customizations may be available. Please consult your Physician Account Manager.

What resources will I receive as a physician partner?

Secure Ordering Portal access, MD Advantage™ resources, clinical education, and dedicated account management.

How do I get a quote?

Submit a Quote Request through the Physician Partnership Hub.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

Minimums vary by therapeutic category. Your Account Manager can provide details.

How do I place orders once my account is active?

All orders are placed through the Secure Ordering Portal.

Can I set up standing orders?

Yes. Standing orders can be established with your Account Manager.

Are volume discounts available?

Yes. Discount structures are available based on order volume and category.

Can I order medications directly from Evoluciona Pharma?

No. Evoluciona Pharma only works with licensed physicians.

What should I do if my doctor doesn’t work with Evoluciona Pharma?

Complete the Doctor Referral Form, and we will contact your physician’s office.

What happens after I refer my doctor?

Our team will explain our services to your doctor. If they become a partner, they will be able to prescribe medications compounded by Evoluciona Pharma.

Do I need to be an existing patient of the doctor I refer?

Yes. Evoluciona Pharma cannot contact physicians directly on behalf of non-patients.

What are the benefits of referring my doctor?

Access to enterprise-level medications and enhanced treatment options under the care of your physician.

How do I track the status of my medication shipment?

Contact your physician’s office for tracking information.

Who do I contact for refills?

Contact your prescribing physician. Evoluciona Pharma cannot process refills directly.

Can I change my shipping address?

All address changes must be requested through your physician’s office.

What should I do if I have questions about how to use my medication?

All clinical questions must be directed to your prescribing physician.

Can I contact Evoluciona Pharma directly for medication information?

We can only provide general information. Patient-specific questions must go through your physician.
