This role ensures that customer service standards are met, client needs are addressed, and long-term relationships are developed to drive satisfaction and retention. The Account Manager Leader acts as both a team manager and customer advocate, ensuring operational excellence and consistent communication with key accounts.
Cold Chain Packer
Position Summary
The Cold Chain Packer is responsible for the proper packaging, labeling, and preparation of refrigerated and frozen medications for shipment. This role ensures compliance with Evoluciona Pharma Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), as well as state, federal, and carrier requirements to guarantee product integrity and patient safety during transit.
Pharmacy Shipper
Position Summary
The Pharmacy Shipper is responsible for preparing shipping labels, verifying orders, and coordinating shipments of medications through carriers such as FedEx and UPS. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency prior to the cold chain pack-out process.
Procurement Specialist
Position Summary
The Procurement Specialist is responsible for sourcing, ordering, and managing pharmaceutical products, raw materials, and operational supplies for Evoluciona Pharma. This role ensures that the pharmacy maintains adequate stock levels, negotiates with vendors for the best pricing and quality, and upholds compliance with all federal, state, and company procurement policies. The position plays a key role in supporting pharmacy operations by ensuring that medications and supplies are available when needed for patient care.
