This role ensures excellent customer service, accurate order management, and compliance with pharmacy regulations. Account Managers act as trusted representatives, addressing customer needs while coordinating with internal pharmacy teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of compounded medications.
Account Manager Leader
Position Summary
The Account Manager Leader is responsible for leading and managing a team of Account Managers who oversee Evoluciona Pharma’s large customer accounts as well as all other customer accounts. This role ensures that customer service standards are met, client needs are addressed, and long-term relationships are developed to drive satisfaction and retention. The Account Manager Leader acts as both a team manager and customer advocate, ensuring operational excellence and consistent communication with key accounts.
Cold Chain Packer
Position Summary
The Cold Chain Packer is responsible for the proper packaging, labeling, and preparation of refrigerated and frozen medications for shipment. This role ensures compliance with Evoluciona Pharma Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), as well as state, federal, and carrier requirements to guarantee product integrity and patient safety during transit.
IV Technician
Position Summary
The IV Technician is responsible for the preparation, compounding, and aseptic handling of intravenous (IV) medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. This role ensures compliance with USP <797> and USP <800> standards, Evoluciona Pharma clean room policies, and all federal and state regulations. The IV Technician plays a key role in maintaining patient safety and supporting pharmacy operations by ensuring IV medications are prepared accurately, efficiently, and in sterile conditions.
Pharmacist in Charge (PIC)
Position Summary
The Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations. The PIC provides leadership to pharmacists, technicians, and support staff while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency at Evoluciona Pharma.
Pharmacy Shipper
Position Summary
The Pharmacy Shipper is responsible for preparing shipping labels, verifying orders, and coordinating shipments of medications through carriers such as FedEx and UPS. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency prior to the cold chain pack-out process.
Procurement Specialist
Position Summary
The Procurement Specialist is responsible for sourcing, ordering, and managing pharmaceutical products, raw materials, and operational supplies for Evoluciona Pharma. This role ensures that the pharmacy maintains adequate stock levels, negotiates with vendors for best pricing and quality, and upholds compliance with all federal, state, and company procurement policies. The position plays a key role in supporting pharmacy operations by ensuring that medications and supplies are available when needed for patient care.
Sales Representative

The Sales Representative –is responsible for promoting Evolution Pharma specialized compounding pharmacy services, with a focus on GLP-1 receptor agonists (such as semaglutide and tirzepatide) and peptide therapies. This role focuses on driving new business, building long-term client relationships, and serving as a trusted resource for healthcare providers seeking innovative compounded treatments.
